FAQ

  • Is there a security deposit?
    Yes. We do take 30% from the total cost of your reservations, the remaining balance must be paid when you arrive for your appointment.
  • Cancelation Policy
    We fully refund your security deposit if given 24 hour notice. If you cancel less than in 24 hours or don't show up for your appointments there's no refund.
  • Are water suits or water shoes are required?
    Make sure you wear swimsuit but don't worry about the shoes. Barefoot is ok
  • What if the weather is bad?
    If we can't do the ride due to the weather conditions we offer either reschedule or full refund.
  • What is the minimum age to drive jet ski?
    Driver must be at least 14 years old
  • Do we provide life jackets?
    Yes, lifejackets and safety whistles are provided
  • Is there a weight limit?
    Yes, maximum weight is 350lb
  • What if we didn't see the dolphins?
    We can't guarantee on dolphin tour that there will be any dolphins, but we'll do our best to find them since we know their approximate location. Only morning tours (9am-11am). If there no dolphins present we don't refund the money but will make sure you still have fun!
